Toddler recipe: sweet potato balls with tuna

This recipe was invented by my husband but I also make it for our boy :) Tuna is a source of iron and many vitamins but do not consume it too much, it is enough to offer tuna for your toddler 1 time a week.
It is best to use tuna in brine, not in olive oil.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 of sweet potato
- 1 can of tuna in brine

Preparation:

1) Peel potatoes, cut them, put them in a saucepan with water and cook until potatoes become soft. Drain excess water. .
2) Open tuna can, put tuna into a sieve and wash under cold running water to wash off excess salt.
3) Put potatoes and tuna into a bowl and mash with fork until smooth.
4) Form balls with your hands.

Yours,
V.O.
