Restaurant review: MySushi Mere pst



I visited MySushi (Tallinn, Rotermanni, address: Mere pst. 4) already twice during this summer, so I will write about what I have tried in there. Link: http://mere.mysushi.ee/

The first time we visited it on the Tallinn Maritime festival, cause we wanted to try their`s dessert, which I already heard about on Facebook. Since I was with a baby stroller, we decided to sit on the terrace, the weather was also nice. At the entrance we were greeted by waitresses, we could choose a table by ourself. We took a table, waitress brought a menu, which is provided on the tablets with pictures and descriptions. In addition to dessert, I decided to try Caesar salad with king prawns.

I took a salted caramel latte as drink. Actually I do not drink coffee but I really wanted to try this latte. For dessert I took the Sous bois cake. My friend took panna-cotta and strawberry home-made lemonade (Strawberry Love).

We added our order to the basket on the tablet and handed it over to the waitress. Drinks arrived first and then salad. Salted caramel latte is unreal! This is now one of my favorite drinks (and one of the reasons why I came back here a second time), the taste was wonderful. My friend's lemonade was pretty sweet for me, mason jaris trendy.

Our desserts were brought together with the salad. Honestly, I did not like the salad at all. There was absolutely no flavor in it, a simple salad, a little shrimp, a Parmesan, a boring sauce. Absolutely nothing was memorable, so the second time I would not take this salad. And it looked completely different than in the picture on the menu (but actually everything was different from the pictures) :D

My dessert was delicious, the sweetness was diluted with a layer of jam, but the size of the cake was too big for me and I could not eat it all :) I did not try panna cotta but my friend liked it. The waitresses were polite and served us quickly. Some new clients sat at the next table and wanted to smoke but then they saw us with a stroller and moved to the back tables, very nice of them, thank you :)

The second time I got here without a child and with another friend, literally next day. And this time we came here for dessert (I really wanted that salted caramel latte and try other desserts from their menu) but since I almost did not eat in the previous restaurant we visited before MySushi, I decided to order sushi, they also had a 50% discount campaign for all sushi from the menu.

This time no one greeted us, although there were many waitresses. We chose the table, sat down, there was one tablet on the table, which someone was using before and, apparently, for some reason left, leaving the tablet on table. When finally the waitress came to our table, she was going to take our order from us, but we told her that we had not even been given a menu, this tablet lay on the table before we came here. She quickly brought us the second menu and we could check it. This time I took tempura sushi with shrimps, for dessert red velvet. My friend took a Kiev cake and a cocktail. Unfortunately, I was informed that the machine broke down, so neither latte nor cocoa is served today, so I took green tea.


We had to wait for our drinks this time but sushi, despite the fullness of the restaurant, came quickly. I'm not looking for real Japanese sushi in Estonia, because it's pointless (and my husband makes them for me anyway), so I'm trying out "non-standard" European versions. I liked sushi, crusty outside and cheesy inside. Good filling, the sushi does not fall apart. But the minus for me is the size of sushi, since it is impossible to put a whole piece in the mouth, it is necessary to bite off half first, which is unusual for me, since this is not a very good manner.

Immediately after the sushi waitress brought us desserts. I like red velvet and velvet in Mysushi I liked too, ate it all with pleasure. Since I adore the Kiev cake, I tried this dessert from a friend but, unfortunately, I did not like it at all, from Kiev cake there is only meringue, the taste is completely different ..
The waitress was polite, worked quickly.

Will I return here? Yes. I want to drink cup of caramel latte and try some more desserts, they look very appetizing :) And I also want to get here for lunch, I looked at the menu several times and it seemed very attractive, but I do not know when I'll get here at lunch time.
And one more bonus, which I did not know about, is free parking (1 hour). If we come to lunch, then will use take this opportunity :)

Restorani arvustus: MySushi Mere pst



Sel suvel käisin MySushi`s (Tallinn, Rotermanni, aadress: Mere pst. 4) isegi 2 korda, nii et räägin teile sellest, mida olen seal proovinud. Link: http://mere.mysushi.ee/

Esimest korda külastasime restorani Merepäevadel, kuna tahtsime proovida nende kuulsaid desserte, mida olen näinud Facebookis. Kuna olin koos lapsevankriga, siis otsustasime istuda terrassil, ilm oli ka ilus. Meid tervitati sissepääsul ning pakuti ise lauda valida. Istusime maha, meile toodi menüüd, mis on saadaval tahvelarvutil koos foto ja kirjeldusega. Võtsin ka proovimiseks Caesari salati tiigerkrevetidega.

Juua tellisin soolakaramelli latte (Salted Caramel Latte). Tegelikult ma ei joo kohvi aga selline kooslus pakkus huvi, seega tellisin proovimiseks ja see oli õige otsus. Magustoiduks tellisin Sous bois. Mu sõbranna tellis laimi-mündi panna cotta värskete marjadega ja kodust maasikalimonaadi (Strawberry Love).

Lisasime valitud toidud ja joogid korvi ja ulatasime tahvelarvutid tagasi klienditeenindajale. Esimesena toodi joogid lauda, varsti tuli ka salat. Soolakaramelli latte on super hea! Nüüdseks on see üks mu lemmik jookidest (ja üks põhjusest, miks ma tulin siia tagasi), maitse oli oivaline. Mu sõbranna limonaad oli päris magus, kruus on trendikas :)

Koos salatiga toodi ka meie magustoidud. Ütlen ausalt: salat mulle absoluutselt ei meeldinud. Selles ei olnud mitte midagi sellist, mis jääks meelde ja rahuldaks maitsemeeled. Lihtne lehtsalat, natukene krevette, parmesanijuust, igav kaste. Teist korda ma kindlasti seda ei telliks. Väljanägemine oli väga kauge sellest, mis oli menüüs (nagu ka teised nende söögid) :D

Minu magustoit oli maitsev, magusus oli lahjendatud moosiga, kuid magustoidu suurus oli natukene liiga suur minu jaoks, ei jaksanud kõik ära süüa. Panna kottat pole proovinud, kuid sõbranna ütles, et temale maitses. Klienditeenindajad olid viisakad ja kiired. Meie kõrval istusid kleindid, kes soovisid suitsetada, kuid kui nägid mind koos vankriga, siis istusid terrassi teisele poolele, väga armas, aitäh :)

Teist korda sattusin siia restorani juba ilma lapseta ja teise sõbrannaga ülejärgmisel päeval. Tegelikult ka see kord me tulime magustoiduks (ja ma nii tahtsin seda lattet ning proovida ka teised magustoidud) aga kuna ma peaaegu pole söönud restoranis enne MySushit, siis otsustasin ka nende sushi proovida, neile ka kehtis 50% soodushind.

Seekord mitte keegi meid ei teretanud, kuigi teenindajaid oli saalis palju. Valisime lauda, istusime, laua peal oli juba teise kliendi poolt mahajäetud tahvelarvuti lahtise menüüga, ma vaatasin sushimenüüd ning ootasin, kui keegi tuleb ka lauda teise menüüga. Lõpuks tuli klienditeenindaja meie juurde aga küsimas, kas oleme juba valmis tellima. Teatasime, et me pole veel tegelikult menüüd saanud, siis toodi ka teine menüü lauda ja saime rahulikult valida, mida soovime. Tellisin tempura sushi hiidkrevetidega, magustoiduks red velvet, mu sõbranna tellis kiievi tordi ja kokteili. Kahjuks mulle teatati, et piimavahustav masin on katki, seega lattet ja kakaot nad ei paku täna, valisin selle asemel rohelist teed.


Jookidega läks natukene rohkem aega, kui eelmine kord, aga vaatamata sellele, et saal oli päris inimesi täis, sushi toodi päris kiiresti. Ma ei otsi päris jaapanipäraseid sushisid Eestis, kuna see on üsna mõttetu (ja abikaasa nii kui nii teeb neid mulle), seega proovin "ebastandartseid" euroopa variante. Sushid mulle maitsesid, krõbedad väljaspoolt ning sees on juust. Täidist on piisavalt palju, sushi ei lagune. Kuigi minu jaoks on suurus siiski miinuseks, kuna ei saa korraga seda suhu panna, pean hammustama pooleks, mis ei ole ilus komme.

Sushi järgi toodi ka meie magustoidud. Ma armastan red velveti ja MySushi oma mulle ka maitses, õrn ja hea maitsega. Kuna ma samuti armastan kiievi torti, siis proovisin ka seda, kuid see mulle absoluutselt ei maitsenud, maitse ei ole üldse sarnane päris kiievi tordiga.
Klienditeenindaja oli viisakas ning töötas kiiresti.

Kas ma tulen siia tagasi? Jah. Ikkagi tahaks soolakaramelli lattet juua ja proovida ka teised magustoidud. Samuti tahaks tulla lõunale, kuna lõunamenüü näeb väga veetlev välja :)

Обзор ресторана: MySushi Mere pst



За это лето мне довелось побывать в MySushi (Tallinn, Rotermanni, адрес: Mere pst. 4) аж два раза, поэтому буду писать о том, что мне там довелось попробовать. Ссылка: http://mere.mysushi.ee/

В первый раз мы посетили его на дни моря, захотелось съесть по десерту, о которых я уже была наслышана по рекламе в Facebook. Поскольку я была с коляской, то решили сесть на террасе, ведь и погода была соответствующая. На входе нас поприветствовали официантки, столик можно было выбрать самим. Мы заняли столик, нам принесли меню, которое предоставлено на планшетах с картинками и описанием. Помимо десерта решила попробовать и салат Цезарь с королевскими креветками (Caesari salat tiigerkrevetiga).

Из напитков взяла латте со вкусом солёной карамели (Salted Caramel Latte). Вообще я не пью кофе, но мне так захотелось попробовать это латте, что я не смогла себе в этом отказать. На десерт я взяла пирожное Sous bois. Моя подруга взяла панна-котту (Laimi-mündi panna cotta värskete marjadega) и клубничный домашний лимонад (Strawberry Love).

Мы все это добавили в корзину на планшете и передали девушке. Сначала подоспели напитки, затем и вскоре салат. Латте со вкусом солёной карамели просто нереален! Это теперь один из моих любимых напитков (и одна из причин, почему я вернулась сюда во второй раз), вкус был замечателен. Лимонад моей подруги был довольно сладкий для меня, оформление стакана сейчас в тренде.

Вместе с салатом принесли и наши десерты. Скажу честно: салат мне совершенно не понравился. В нем не было абсолютно никакой изюминки, простой салат, немного креветок, пармезан, скучный соус. Абсолютно ничего запоминающегося не было, поэтому второй раз этот салат я бы не стала брать. Да и выглядел он совершенно иначе, чем на картинке в меню (но, откровенно говоря, все отличалось от картинок) :D

Мой десерт был вкусный, сладость разбавлялась прослойкой джема, но размер пирожного оказался для меня великоват и я его полностью не осилила :) Панна Коту подруги я не пробовала, но ей понравилось. Девушки были вежливыми и обслуживали быстро. За соседним столиком сели мужчины, который хотели закурить, но тут они увидели нас с коляской и пересели на задние столы, очень мило с их стороны, спасибо :)

Второй раз я попала сюда уже без ребёнка и с другой подругой, буквально через день. И в этот раз мы пришли сюда на десерт (мне очень хотелось того самого латте и попробовать и другие десерты из их меню), но поскольку в предыдущем ресторане, в котором мы побывали до MySushi, я почти не ела, то решила взять на пробу и суши, у них как раз была кампания на все суши из меню 50% скидки.

В этот раз нас никто не поприветствовал, хотя девушек было много. Мы выбрали сами стол, сели за него, за столом был один планшет, в котором уже кто-то смотрел меню и, видимо, по какой-то причине ушёл, оставив планшет. Когда, наконец, к нашему столу подошла официантка, то она собралась брать у нас заказ, но мы ей сообщили, что нам даже меню ещё не дали, а этот планшет лежал на столе. Она быстро принесла нам второе меню и мы смогли нормально посмотреть его. В этот раз я взяла темпура суши с креветками (Tempura Hiidkrevett), на десерт красный вельвет (Red velvet õhulise biskviidi ja toorjuustu kreemiga). Моя подруга взяла Киевский торт (Kiievi tort) и алкогольный коктейль. К сожалению, мне сообщили, что машина для взбивания молока сломалась, поэтому ни латте, ни какао сегодня не подают, взяла зелёный чай.


Напитки нам пришлось подождать в этот раз, а вот суши, несмотря на заполненность ресторана, пришли быстро. Я уже не ищу настоящие японские суши в Эстонии, ведь это бессмысленно (и мне их муж все равно делает 😂), поэтому пробую уже "нестандартные" европейские варианты. Суши мне понравились, корочка хрустящая, а внутри сыр, которая приятно тянется, когда откусываешь. Начинки достаточно, суши не разваливаются. Но минус для меня - это размер, так как кусок невозможно положить полностью в рот, надо откусить половину, что для меня непривычно, так как это не очень хорошая манера.

Сразу после суши принесли и десерты. Я люблю красный вельвет и вельвет в Mysushi пришёлся мне тоже по душе, съела его весь с удовольствием. Так как я обожаю Киевский торт, то попробовала этот десерт у подруги, но, к сожалению, он мне совершенно не понравился, от киевского торта там только безе-коржи, а вкус совершенно другой..
Девушка-официантка была вежливая, работала быстро.

И еще один бонус, о котором я не знала, это бесплатная парковка (1 час). Если приедем на обед, то воспользуемся этой возможностью :)
