Recipe: easy and fast brownie

Very easy recipe and also fast and tasty.
Yesterday evening I made this brownie and want to share this recipe with you now :)


- 200 gr of dark chocolate
- 100 gr of butter
- half glass of sugar
- 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk
- half glass of flour


1) Break chocolate into pieces, put it in a heat-resistant bowl, add butter and place it in microwave for 30 seconds.
2) Mix it and place in microwave for 30 more seconds until chocolate is completely melt. Mix it.
3) Add sugar and mix well.
4) Add eggs and egg yolk, flour and mix well.
5) Pour batter in baking paper covered mold (I used 24x24 cm square mold) and flatten it.
5) Put in to 180 degrees preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Brownie is ready! If you like to eat it warm, then add vanilla ice-cream. But if you are willing to wait, then eat it just like this or add yogurt. I liked it more on the next day (I kept it in tupperware box). Just the way you like :)
