Easy and non-expensive recipe which is good for lunch or dinner.
Cutlets must be eaten hot, the chicken remains juicy and potatoes smell so good. Who loves cheese, like me, that will surely like this combination :)

Ingredients for oven-baked potatoes:

- potatoes
- carrots
- garlic
- herbs or spices
- olive or any other oil

Preparation:

1) Heat the oven to 180 degrees
2) Peel potatoes, carrots and garlic, cut them into pieces the way you like.
3) Put the vegetables in a glass hot-resistant baking form with a lid, add the spices (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano / basil / thyme / seasoning for potatoes and others you like.) I added salt, pepper and potato seasoning), add olive or other favorite oil and mix well.
4) Cover with lid and place in the oven for 45 minutes until the potatoes are soft. After 25 minutes I stirred potatoes to make it evenly baked.

Ingredients for cutlets:

- 600 gr of chicken breast filet
- 100 gr of cheese
- 200 ml of kefir
- 100 gr of flour
- herbs or spices (I also added frozen dill and roasted onion)
- oil for frying

Preparation:

1) Chop the chicken and cheese into small pieces.
2) Mix chicken, cheese, seasonings (salt, pepper or other favorite spices, I added dill, roasted onion, salt, pepper and Armenian spices), kefir and flour.
3) Heat the frying pan, add oil and put chicken mass with spoon on a frying pan, form flat cutlets. Fry over medium heat under a lid on both sides until golden brown.
