Easy toddler lunch menu for the whole week

As I promised, today's post is dedicated to children's recipes. And there is even 7 recipe! Today I will show you an example of a lunch menu for 1 week, each dish is invented and cooked by me. Dishes are made easily and contain vitamins, which are necessary for the child.
I did not write the number of ingredients, I do everything according to feelings. You will understand how much and what to add by yourself:) Ingredients can be replaced with others that you currently have at home or are more suitable for your child. Monday: buckwheat with minced meat and zucchini

Ingredients:

- buckwheat
- zucchini
- minced meat
- olive oil
- optional: onion
- side dish: broccoli

Preparation:

Boil the buckwheat according to the instructions. When the buckwheat is ready, add a little olive oil to it. In another saucepan, prepare minced meat with zucchini: add a little water, put minced meat there and put it on the fire. Stir the meat until it is no longer pink, then add peeled and chopped zucchini and, if you wish, the onion. Add some more water if necessary and stew over low heat until zucchini becomes soft. Mix the buckwheat with the meat in plate. You can serve boiled or steamed broccoli as side dish.

Tuesday: mashed potatoes with minced meat

Ingredients:

- potatoes
- minced meat
- carrot
- cabbage
- spinach
- olive oil
- side dish: tomato

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain the water but leave a little in the mug. Crush potatoes with fork. For more creamy puree add the remaining water and mix. In another saucepan, prepare the minced meat with the vegetables: add a little water, put meat there and put it on the fire. Stir the meat until it is no longer pink, then add peeled and chopped carrot and cabbage. Add some more water if necessary and stew over low heat until the vegetables are soft. Add chopped spinach and olive oil, stir. Puree can be served separately or mixed with minced meat. If kid is bored with it, then form a mass of mashed potatoes and minced meat into balls and allow your kid to take them and eat :)

Wednesday: couscous with zucchini and carrot

Ingredients:

- couscous
- zicchini
- carrot
- olive oil
- side dish: green beans

Preparation:

Peel and cut zucchini and carrot. Add water to the saucepan, put the vegetables there and cook until the carrot is soft. Add couscous to the saucepan, turn off the fire and cover with the lid. When couscous has absorbed water, it is ready. Gently mix it and add olive oil. Boil beans in a different saucepan until tender.

Thursday: beet soup with meat balls

Ingredients:

- potato
- beet
- minced meat
- olive oil
- carrot

Preparation:

Peel and cut potatoes, beet and carrot. Add water to the saucepan, put the vegetables there and put them on the fire. Boil 5 minutes on high heat, then form and add meat balls to the soup. Boil another 5 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add a little olive oil to the bowl of soup.

Friday: pasta with spinach and minced meat

Ingredients:

- pasta
- minced meat
- spinach
- olive oil

Preparation:

Boil the pasta according to the instructions. Add olive oil to the pasta. In another saucepan, prepare minced meat with spinach: add a little water, put minced meat there and put it on the fire. Stir the meat until it is no longer pink, then add chopped spinach. Stew on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Mix the pasta with minced meat in a bowl. You can offer as side dish: paprika, tomato, cucumber, avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

Saturday: baked vegetables with meat balls

Ingredients:

- potato
- carrot
- sweet potato
- beet
- eggplant
- olive oil
- minced meat
- side dish: broccoli and cucumber

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (Celsius). Peel and cut potatoes, sweet potato, beet and eggplant. Lay the vegetables on covered with the parchment paper baking tray and put some olive oil on them. Put them in the oven and bake until soft. Add water to the pan and put it on the fire. When the water boils, then throw into the water meat balls made from minced meat and cook for 10-15 minutes until ready. You can offer boiled or steamed broccoli and fresh cucumber as side dish.

Sunday: salmon with potato and zucchini

Ingredients:

- salmon fillet
- potato
- zucchini
- olive oil
- side dish: broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts

Preparation:

Peel and cut potato and zucchini. Add water to the pan, put it on the fire and add potato. Boil on a high heat for about 7 minutes, then reduce the heat and add zucchini and chopped salmon fillet. Boil until the ingredients are soft. Add the olive oil when everything is ready and mix. You can offer a boiled or steamed broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts as side dish.
