Recipe: easy cake with jam

I cooked this recipe for the first time but the cupcake turned out quite tasty. It seems that I added too much flour, so add flour gradually and check consistency of dough.
I used a strawberry jam previously taken from the freezer and thawed, but any jam is suitable for this cake.
A great solution if guests are on the way or you want something to have tea / coffee with :)


- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 60 ml of sunflower oil
- 50 g of sour cream (Greek yoghurt is fine, too)
- 180-200 g of flour
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- jam


1) Whisk eggs with sugar.
2) Add sunflower oil and sour cream while whisking.
3) Add sifted flour with baking powder slowly and stir until batter is even. Consistency of thick sour cream.
4) Pour batter into a greased shape and put jam with spoon on top.
5) Spread jam with a stick.
6) Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until cake is ready in the middle (check with a stick).
