Recipe: oven-baked vegetables

This recipe is very simple and suitable for both small ones and adults. You can use any favorite vegetables.
I did not add any spices at all, since the taste of the vegetables is strong enough. It turned out very tasty, we ate together with our child. These vegetables are suitable for children as finger food, who already have teeth and desire to eat by themselves :)

Ingredients:

- potatoes
- beets
- carrots
- sweet potatoes
- olive oil

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
1) Peel the vegetables and cut them.
2) Put chopped vegetables in a bowl and add olive oil, mix. First I put the potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots and mixed them with olive oil, laid them out and then added only beets with oil, cause beet gives color. Can mix with oil directly on the baking tray.
3) Lay the vegetables on the baking tray covered with baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven), when the vegetables become soft, then they are ready.

A very simple lunch idea that you can eat with your baby :)
